18 Pertobe Beach House - Warrnambool 2.14

Pertobe Road Beach House is the perfect destination for your beach-side holiday. Holidaying with a group doesn't mean you have to forfeit your privacy. This beach house includes the luxury of a multi-storey house in an ideal location with the flexibility of 3 individual suites to tailor to your needs. Included is a lock up garage with laundry, perfect for your bike, golf clubs or surfboard.

How does it work?
Book 2 to 14 people depending on your needs. Let us know which apartment(s) you would like. An additional bedroom (Boardwalk room) with double bed is included when booking the whole house. In total the whole house contains 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 spas, 1 full kitchen + 3 kitchenettes. Linen is included but please bring your own beach towels.

All bookings have access to:
- a full kitchen with all the appliances required for a self-catering holiday,
- a lounge with access to the balcony,
- dining area,
- laundry including washing machine and dryer,
- an additional shower and toilet on the ground floor,
- secure lock up garage on the ground floor. This is an ideal space for surfboards, bikes, golf clubs or kids games,
- paved outdoor private parking area. This area includes a tap to wash off the sand.

NOTE: When individual suites are booked, remaining suites remain locked and unable to be accessed.

The Honeymoon Suite (Sleeps 2)
Ideal for couples wanting a romantic getaway, the Honeymoon Suite contains:
- queen size bed,
- large bathroom including toilet, shower and a corner spa,
- kitchenette, including fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities,
- dining and lounge area with television,
- filtered views of Lady Bay, Middle Island and the Port Warrnambool Village gardens.

The Norfolk Suite (Sleeps 4)
Named for its outlook over Pertobe Road's famous Norfolk Island Pines, the Norfolk Suite contains:
- 2 bedrooms (Bedroom A contains a queen bed. Bedroom B contains 2 single beds)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet,
- bedroom A includes a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities,
- televisions in both bedrooms,
- ample wardrobe and storage space.

The Attic Suite (Sleeps 6)
The Attic is the largest of the apartments and contains:
- 4 single beds in a private bedroom with television,
- one queen bed in the studio area,
- a kitchen including sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities,
- dining and lounge area with television,
- a bathroom with toilet, shower and large corner spa.

The Boardwalk (Sleeps 2) - Only available when booking the entire house.
The Boardwalk is on the ground level of the complex and is available when booking the entire house. It contains:
- one double bed,
- table with chairs,
- wardrobe with storage.
Please note that guests in the Boardwalk suite have access to the bathroom in the adjacent laundry area. This bathroom contains a shower and toilet.

Please be aware, as there are 4 sets of stairs in this house, this accommodation may not be suitable for people with mobility restrictions.
