The Burger Boss Way -

We do things a little bit differently at Burger Boss, we do it the old fashioned way.

Every day we get 100% PURE Australian Beef delivered to our store. The Beef is not frozen at any point, only refrigerated. We then portion the Beef into patties, which we hand press, individually wrap and refrigerate for use that day. We add NOTHING to our Beef, other than a sprinkle of salt and pepper just before it hits the grill. Not all our patties look the same, or are the same shape, but you can be sure that no matter what, you will get nothing but straight A Grade Australian Beef.

Our Boss Buns are also baked fresh daily, and much like our Beef Patties, they are also hand made. In fact we do pretty much everything by hand. We use the finest vine ripened tomatoes which we hand wash and slice, the crispest iceberg lettuce, which we again hand wash, tear and dry. Even our onions are diced fresh every day and caramelised for our Big Boss menu.

Our Shakes are made using the finest quality South Australian Ice Creams, and you wont find any pump or squirt toppings in our shakes. Our Cookies & Cream shakes have real cookie pieces, which we also hand crush and our Malt shakes have real Malt extract in them.

We are even old fashioned with the way we clean. There are enough chemicals getting around these days, so at Burger Boss we try and minimise what we use and where we use them. Our grill is cleaned by hand using a grill stone, warm water and a good bit of elbow grease. Many other establishments use chemical grill cleaners that are carcinogenic and generally not very good for you. These chemical cleaners are fast and very effective at cleaning, however at Burger Boss we'd rather cook on a hand cleaned grill than a chemical soaked one.

We also LOVE this state, so at Burger Boss we try and support local business where we can. We buy all our fresh produce from Franco's Fruit & Veg, who are just about the best guys you'll come across, and we get our Boss Buns from the Hyde Park Bakery, again a top group of people who love what they do and produce a great product.

And now for the most important bit, the BOSS SAUCE. Get your pens ready... Boss Sauce is - 3 Parts ####8**hd - 1 Part **%@## - 1/2 Part ^^^*##% and 100 Parts SECRET. Its sweet, its tangy, its creamy, its awesome on just about everything and we love it!
