Coffs Harbour Regional Conservatorium is THE place where music lives!
Since its formation in 1984, thousands of students have enrolled for lessons, courses, ensembles and workshops at the Conservatorium or within school-based programs managed by the Conservatorium. Most have achieved a level of proficiency that has enabled them to be involved in music making throughout their lives - some have progressed to the level of professional performers and teachers - all have experienced the joy of music as a form of personal creativity and expression.
Located on the mid north coast of NSW, students attend from a wide geographic area - Woolgoolga in the north, to Nambucca Heads south of Coffs Harbour, and inland to Bellingen and Dorrigo. A wide range of music styles and programs are offered, to suit students of all ages, levels of expertise, musical experience and creative aspiration.
The Conservatorium is a member of the Association of NSW Regional Conservatoriums, is listed on the Register of Cultural Organisations , and receives operational grants from the NSW Government through the NSW Department of Education and Communities.
