Feldenkrais in Warrnambool - Warrnambool 2.18

I originally received Feldenkrais Method one on one lessons myself, after trying many different avenues to help me with persistent and disabling pain. I was very impressed for the results, which had seemed impossible prior to becoming a Feldenkrais student. Not long after starting Feldenkrais private lessons and group classes I decided to become a practitioner myself, and later attended the Melbourne 4 training to become a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.


The Feldenkrais approach to working with your difficulties, is to work with the whole body, not just the one body part. You can visit a Feldenkrais practitioner to help you recover from injury or difficulties, but also for wellbeing and prevention.

Hourly fee available upon request. Discounts available for concession card holders, and for those who purchase a series of 5 lessons.

Group lessons are $15 per class and are currently on Thursdays at 10:30 and 5:30.
