We are here to help people archive their individual fitness/health goals. There is no restriction of age or fitness level.

We are very excited to be opening our New Indoor Personal Training Studio in Helensvale (opposite Helensvale High School) which will offer you the latest fitness equipment and training.

Our approach is to offer "Affordable Personal Training" with training starting from just $12.

You can train in our new facility or go outdoors to our group circuits/boxing sessions at various locations throughout the Gold Coast.
