KANGATRAINING is a specifically designed workout program for mums and babies.
The special thing about it is that your baby spends most of the workout in a carrier (asleep may I add) close to mum.
KANGA TRAINING is a complete workout during which cardiovascular, endurance, flexibility, muscular strength/capacity are enhanced.
Special attention is given to education and restrengthening of the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles as well as correct posture throughout the class.
With KANGATRAINING you don't have to wait till your baby is asleep or quiet before working out, and in addition to the obvious health benefits , it is a
fantastic opportunity for mothers to socialize, exercise and enjoy being close to your baby.
