KANGATRAINING is a specifically designed postnatal workout for mums and babies.
With KANGATRAINING you don´t have to wait till your baby is asleep or quiet before working out.
KANGATRAINING means safe, overall fitness while your baby can relax and enjoy being close to you.
KANGATRAINING is a complete workout during which both cardiovascular endurance/flexibility and muscular strength/capacity are enhanced. Pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and correct posture are given special attention.
KANGATRAINING is safe for your pelvic floor and focuses on correct carrying of your baby during the workout.
Mums that have *SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED* their 6/12 week postnatal check up are welcome to join us.
