SEA MAGIC is a huge 5 bedroom luxury home with a 6 person Jacuzzi and 2 spa baths.
The lawns slope down to a safe, sandy beach with breathtaking views which you can enjoy from both downstairs and upstairs.

SEA MAGIC has two large flat screen TV's with FOXTEL connection both upstairs and downstairs. It has free Wi-Fi, a large BBQ on the spacious outside deck, and a pool table. You can also pay a small fee and play on the golf course belonging to Pacific Bay, which is a gentle 2 minute walk from Sea Magic.

There are no roads or buildings between you and the beach, only a well-kept lawn, so you have uninterrupted views of the ocean.
The walking track outside the house takes you through National Park bushland for just a 1 minute walk down onto the picturesque Charlesworth Bay Beach.

SEA MAGIC is the perfect place to have a tranquil escape and a chance to relax and unwind from a hectic pace of life, and is also a great romantic getaway for two, or a just a fabulous holiday get together for family and friends.



5 BIG BEDROOMS

Our accommodation is spacious, luxurious and fully air conditioned.

The master bedroom is huge with a king sized bed and has stunning ocean views.
There is a flat screen TV with free FOXTEL and a DVD and radio/CD player.
The bedroom opens out onto a large upstairs balcony where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view while sipping your favourite wine and watching the sunset over the ocean.
Occasionally, you might see whales swimming!
The luxurious ensuite bathroom boasts a two person spa bath, large shower and separate bidet and toilet.

SEA MAGIC's second main bedroom includes a queen bed and also opens onto the large upstairs balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful ocean views.

The third bedroom is a large room also with a queen sized bed.

The fourth bedroom has a double bed.

The second large upstairs bathroom also has a two person spa bath and a shower and toilet.

The fifth bedroom, which is downstairs, has a queen sized bed and ensuite with a large two person shower with recessed lighting behind a magnificent blue glass wall, and separate toilet.

The rest of the house features a fabulous fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, modern induction cooktop, microwave, huge oven, espresso coffee maker, double fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

The spacious living and dining area is attractively furnished and features a big screen TV with free FOXTEL, DVD player and CD player.

There is a fully timbered entertaining deck, complete with a 6 person Jacuzzi which looks out onto the ocean - perfect for total relaxation whilst being massaged by the bubbly jets!
This is absolute heaven, whether it is escaping from the winter chills or enjoying a balmy night.

For those who like to play, there is a pool table in the double lock up garage, and some board games as well. There are some boogie boards in the garage, which you are welcome to borrow for a surf.

The laundry has a large washing machine, and there is an outside clothes line.

We are a pet friendly holiday home, and the dog is welcome to stay inside but remain downstairs, and is not permitted to sit on any of the furniture, including the beds.

There is ample parking on the street outside the house. There is parking for one car in the secured lock up garage, as the pool table takes the other space.

"What a surprise 60th. Accommodation & vicinity to Coffs about 2 Minutes drive. Beautiful walks around the headlands which you can make as long as you like. All 6 of us could not get over the size & comfort of Sea Magic. You do not want for anything there. One of the many highlights was the underwater scene in the lounge area. Main bedroom is like a ballroom with the space. The whole property has plenty of space for the family to enjoy. We have no hesitation in recommending Sea Magic to anyone".
