All sessions will be high intensity which alternates between short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover.
Some of the exercises you can expect to see at these these sessions are squats, lunges, burpees, step ups, mountain climbers along with running & much more.
This is a great way to increase your fitness, tone up, build strength & drop body fat!
