TKO Fitness offers a range of training, including boxing fitness, weight circuits, conditioning circuits, functional and HIIT training. TKO also specialises in Boxing with qualified coaches. We have a number of competitors at our gym, as well as those that come for fitness & fun. Training is offered on a variety of days at scheduled times, which also vary in size. We are open to everyone, all ages, shapes, sizes & fitness levels.
