Our practice is based on a holistic, strengths based, person-centred approach, recognising the uniqueness of each individual and providing a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore options, set goals, and work towards achieving wellness and balance in your life.

We have a particular interest in children and families led by Specialist Paediatric Consultant Dr Lucas Speed, and offering child and adolescent psychological services, dietetics and occupationl therapy. We provide assessment and support to families caring for children with developmental delay, autism, disabilities.
